So anyone who follows this blog will know I'm a big car nut. Anything (within reason) with 4 wheels on and I'm interested. This doesn't apply to every vehicle - I mean a Dacia Sandero isn't exactly going to float my boat. But you get the idea. I've got a bucket list of things I want to do in life. I've also got a bucket list of Cars. Now these aren't all road legal and some let's say aren't the most practical but if money wasn't an object what would be positioned in my Dream Garage? Going straight in with a non road legal and non practical one as my first purchase! This is the most beautiful F1 car of all time. No question. Jordan was "my team" as a…

Did you know that more and more Britons are considering quitting their jobs? It’s time to change our perception of quitting. Resigning from your current job is often described as a sign of instability or unreliability. Millennials, especially, have been the first generation in the workplace to make quitting a frequent occurrence. Millennials are not afraid to change jobs to the point where their behaviour inspired the concept of job-hopping. Indeed, more than 55% of college graduates choose to change companies within the first two years of being hired. By age 35, a quarter of Millennials in the workforce have had at least five different jobs. In other words, Millennials are comfortable with quitting jobs. And it’s a good thing because their job-hopping approach is removing the negative sensation that…
I've always liked Bath as a city, it's probably because I spent a load of my childhood growing up and living in Cambridge that I've always found the city to be a great place to visit. The mixture of the old stone work, the historical buildings, the narrow streets, and all the charm that this brings always makes for a nice trip to Bath. Due to the lack of choice of Hotels, I had a bit of an upgrade to a standard that I wouldn't usually go for on my recent stay here. The M Gallery Francis Hotel sits high up in the Accor range of hotels. This is no Ibis! Recently renovated it describes itself as "an exemplary ensemble of Georgian townhouses on Bath's original classic square". Quite frankly…
So how do I sum up the Volkswagen Golf GTD. Let's put it like this. I've only once bought a suit from Marks and Spencer. It was 1994 and I was 14, my Mother thought that was the place to get suit's from. Ever since that day I've never bought a suit from the place again. It's just that M and S are just, well you know, yes that. You can't really sum them up as a luxury designer brand. It's that sort of thing like the Ronseal add. It does what it say's on the tin. This was my same view about the Volkswagen Golf. Volkswagen's famous 1987 advert of the woman leaving her husband with the tag line of "if everything was as reliable as a Golf" followed…
