					<description><![CDATA[So much of this and more - not loading enough meals to give people a choice in a business cabin. Not announcing the gate until last second and thus a scrum or long journey for those in the lounge who should benefit from priority but are suddenly late to the party and perhaps most annoyingly not personally welcoming gold members. This used to be a thing. I’m told by some senior crew that it’s still supposed to be but in recent flight perhaps only 1:20 has this been the case. This little thing does make me feel special and it’s absence is noted. Whilst I have retained my status with BA I’m probably only now doing maximum 20% of my travel (about 80 flights this year) with them. Down from maybe 60-75% previously.]]></description>
